Take pleasure in the 9x5m pool, warmed by a solar blanket, encircled by a fenced garden adorned with fruit trees. The pool is at your disposal from April to October.
Indoors, a well-appointed kitchen offers a Nespresso machine and dishwasher. Unwind in the lounge with MEO TV or DVDs. The dining area accommodates six guests comfortably, boasting AC and a pellet salamander. Two welcoming bedrooms offer versatility - Bedroom 1 with a double bed, Bedroom 2 with twin beds convertible to a double. The bathroom features a shower.
Your privacy is paramount, with the owners residing in the main house and pets enjoying the rear outdoor space.

The pool is 2m at the deep end and is heated via a solar blanket, water temperature in the summer is usually 29 degrees plus, no shivering here! There is plenty of room for sunbathing
Bedroom 1 The double bedroom has a super comfy mattress, black out curtain, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables - perfect for a good night's sleep.
Your apartment accommodates 6 with ease. The granite walls keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It also has air conditioning to keep the temperature perfect for any time of the year.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds which can be conerted into a large double. Aaso has blackout curtains.
Your lounge has 3 large comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player, satellite tv, perfect for a relaxing evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, crockery/glasses and cutlery, cooking utensils - in fact everything you need to whip up delicious meals.
The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and vanity unit with plenty of storage. It also has a heater and extractor fan.
Your apartment has sole use of the swimming pool, it is not shared with anyone else.
The lounge is cool in the summer buy cosy in the winter, perfect for relaxing whatever the weather. The sofa bed converts into a large comfortable bed.
The lounge also has a 10kw pellet burner ideal for keeping you warm, as well as air conditioning
