This place is fantastic. The pool and pool area were perfect for our needs (2 adults and a toddler). The setting was peaceful, and the apartment was lovely and cozy. But what made the stay great was Mac and Fiona. They're probably the nicest hosts we've stayed with. From the cheery welcome to showing us around the farm. Both of them couldn't have been more friendly, generous and helpful. It's a perfect place for a family or anyone looking to relax in the countryside.

Everything was great, the hosts were very welcoming and super understanding. Be it for a work trip or a vacation, this a very quiet and relaxing place to unwind after a long day. The cleanliness, peace and privacy make this a top choice for me.

We had a fantastic time here in Portugal. Mack and Fiona are top-notch and felt like good friends after a few days. They went out of their way to show us the sights of their local town and recommend highlights of Portugal for us to visit. Their home and property is lovely and they made sure we enjoyed our stay here!!

Fiona and Les were very kind to us. Before we arrived they asked what water temperature we wanted for the jacuzzi so it was ready to use as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. They were always respectful of our space and we only crossed paths once or twice during our stay. The dogs are very lovely, always asking for cuddles. Noise does not bother them at all, they are well behaved. The jacuzzi is completely independent from the other areas of the house, we have privacy because we are in a fenced area. They also have a grill, but we didn't use it. We have nothing negative to say. We went with the aim of rest and relaxation and we achieved that, with the quiet of the area and the amenities of the house. We would highly recommend it.

Leslie and Fiona were such amazing hosts. We couldn't have asked for a better experience as guests in their home. The place was very clean and a very nice back area to relax, chill in the jacuzzi, and do some grilling. Their cute pups and cat were always hanging with us in the evenings, all three extremely well behaved and a joy to be around. They were very present and were always ready to offer assistance for whatever it may be, and had some lovely recommendations for where to go to within the area of Tábua. Overall, my partner and I highly recommend staying here. You get more than what you pay for, and have the potential to learn more about the hosts and the area in which they reside in. It's a 10/10 experience and not something you should pass up on.

Our stay in Casa Principal was really lovely. Fiona and Mack are adorable and super funny. They were always concerned with our well being and that everything was accordingly with our expectations. We loved the outside space with so much nature to explore, specially for the little ones with their endless curiosity. The pool was amazing with the perfect temperature during all day and night. It is a place that we will surely recommend to those who want to have a pleasant and relaxed vacation with their family.

We have just had a fantastic week at Casa Principal, supported by the greatest hosts in Fiona and Mack. First and foremost, Fiona and Mack made us feel at home in such a cosy, joyful environment they put in place with their dogs and cat. Fiona and Mack were great from the outset and throughout the stay by always being extremely responsive to any request, and by offering their suggestions and assitant to facilitate our days. It was also a lot of fun chating and sharing experiences on their initial years in Portugal and their plans for the future. The place is simple but beautiful, both inside and out. The pool, and adjecent seating/resting areas, were just what we needed for a fantastic holiday, and the house was really comfortable and full of everything we needed. Even in such a remote area, the internet was also great, which was just the cheery on the top of the cake. Although air conditioning was available, the large walls of the house keep it fresh and confortable even in the hottest temperatures. This was defintely a fantastit Airbnb experience and a place we will recomend to friends and family. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such a fantastic week at your place. A truly wonderful stay with the greatest of hosts. Fiona and Mack have lovingly created a beautiful home which is stunning inside and out. Amazing pool and outdoor seating areas, glorious gardens full of fruit trees, and a really comfortable and cozy house with everything you could ever need, including air conditioning. And nothing is too much trouble; from helping with our car hire woes (even fixing the car for us) to recommending places to eat and visit, including local fiestas we'd never have found ourselves. There are just too many things to compliment in such a short review, and so many thoughtful little touches that made such a difference. Far and away our favourite ever Airbnb stay. Casa Principal is a very nice cool apartment with everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside is a picnic table and a sofa with table and a BBQ. At the pool, there are plenty of sun beds and a hammock. The host and hostess are very welcoming. They have good tips and pleasant short conversations. They do everything they can to make the vacation as nice and relaxed as possible. Their dogs and cat will also come every now and then to see if you're still having a good time.

What a fantastic place! Very much enjoyed the beautiful garden and the lovely pool! Extraordinarily friendly and cozy people! Very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful surroundings and lots to discover. Definitely recommended and hope to come back again!

This place is honestly incredible!! Leslie & Fiona are the best hosts who bend over backwards to make your stay the best it can possibly be. We were late in arriving and they were still so happy to see us. I had made mistakes with the tolls which Fiona took the time to sort for me, nothing was too much hassle. The accommodation was great and so clean and tidy. The pool area has everything you could want, a comfy seating area, loungers and a picnic table too. Our stay could not have been better and Leslie & Fiona truly are "super hosts". We will definitely be back!!

The stay at Casa Principal was wonderful there's really nothing to point out. Fiona and Mack are very willing and fun and go above and beyond to make the stay the best it can be. The space is quite nice both indoors and outdoors. The house has air conditioning but it was never necessary to use it, even though it is quite hot outside the house stays cool. It was even more valuable to Mr. Paulo that, as recommended by Fiona and Mack, left bread/croissants/ cakes at the door every day, as previously made. The pool is quite good in size and the water always has the ideal temperature. I still highlight all the nature around and garden space with different games/materials for guests to have fun. We've definitely been really impressed and really want to come back.

The stay at the Main House was just wonderful, super recommend it. Very clean, organized and welcoming place, and most importantly the welcome of hosts. Fiona and Mark are 5 stars.

Mack and Fiona are awesome hosts. We felt welcomed and at home. The house is integrated in the garden so has privacy and inside has everything we need. The garden is lovely and the heated pool is amazing. We recommend it big time!
